Type in Lobby Chatbox or In Game( Playing ):
!Your Message

To send a Message to all players.
It will come out like:

GM's Announcement:Your Message

For CTRL+M, It is used to forcefully change Game Modes.

hahaha read the first post xD it allready says that... an every1 knows that i suppose .. Alt + m is to start the game i think it was (havent worked on GC for an long time) xD

Enter the MSSQL server and look for the table "UseAuthLevel" in the GC database, then just add the account(s) you wish to give powers in there.
