Ok bud, to make this clear.
Hotuk in your game client folder:
The hotuk you shown up wont work. This one above is from the RFT. If this one doesnt work well you better check RFT out urself and try out the three different hotuks which one who works best.
About the serverfiles hotuk (the bottom part):
Remember to NOT mix the serverfiles and game client files together. Many people do like that and thats a reason why they got conn. failed or other kind of issues why they cant connect to their server.
But anyway, it seems like you know about this part aswell.
