1.) You will need Ran Online CLient PH Ep7 (v822)

2.) After Installation and Patching go to the Directory
''C:\Program Files\e-Games\Ran Online'' Copy Data And Textures Only and Move it to new folder any name would be fine

3.) Download Lev editor Shared By I'm Not MentaL

4.) at the picture above make sure to paste lev editor in the forlder where u put data and texture and also copy the ''.dll'' files

5.) Extract All RCC (in the same folder where they are)

Effect char/skin:

Glogic and Lev:

Npctalk:

and Don't Remove the other folder and files you will need it :3

6.) Finally Run ''LevelEditC.exe'' it will take a little time to load because it is reading all the files

It Should Look Like This and if no errors occured during opening it you have successfully done my tutorial :

if it came from default ep7 then yes mine works fine

u can use ep4 ep5 ep6 ep7 .lev..easy to read low version file..
