Ok got a problem .... the server was all up and running for 3 weeks now with NO problems. restarted it a bunch of times and all. Now i restarted my PC and the Database server isnt running .. that's the error it shows me :

I followed the guide exactly, but the databases don't show up when I set up the OBDC components.

I've set up a v11 server perfectly before with a guide in a language I didn't speak, any ideas?

hi all:

so here i've a problem:

- first my server work 100% but when i put it online ( for my friend) this one can't connect ( he can create character only, after this the game close)

for information i've done this:

1. Fixing the Server Files to allow others to connect.
a. You'll need to go in to your Program Folder.
b. Open AccountServer.ini You'll need to change the IP in BOTH to your IP address. (To find your IP Address Go to WhatIsMyIp)
Code:

AddTail( -1, 1, "Test", "127.0.0.1", 0, 1, 0 );
AddTail( 1, 1, "Chan 1", "127.0.0.1", 1, 1, 600 );

To
Code:

AddTail( -1, 1, "Test", "YOUR IP ADDRESS", 0, 1, 0 );
AddTail( 1, 1, "Chan 1", "YOUR IP ADDRESS", 1, 1, 600 );

c. After that Save and Close.
d. Now Open loginserver.ini
e. THE ONLY IP YOU HAVE TO CHANGE IS AddCache( "127.0.0.1" );
Change it to your IP AddCache( "YOUR IP HERE" );
f. You're all done changing the server files, Next if your behind a router you'll need to forward ports.
Please Remember When you Run the AccountServer You'll need to Set it to Allow External Connections
g. To Do this, open AccountServer.exe In 'Tool(T)' Just make sure its Checked to Allow (Check this everytime you restart the server.)

No commands, you must edit the music folder yourself. It's pretty easy to do.

OK i did everything like it show on the guide, but imhaving one problem, the account is made, but when i try to login all i get is the error saying the info is wrong.

Any sugestions?

Put kikugalanetyourpassword into md5 generator. Copy and paste all it gives. That will be correct pw hash.

I have the same problem, but i have the correct hash..

Check the hash the neuz.exe is using then. It could be using a different hash, but I doubt it.

check your service pack. ex. windows xp sp2. then download the SQLEXPRESS SP2. if your using sp3 then download sp3. :blush:

It seems that you havent enough RAM or too slow computer to open the World Server and Client at same time. If you have two computers, on first run server, on second run client, thats all.

I have just one bug, when I login, and create a new char, when i click create, have a message: character name already taken ... something like that, i closse everything, and open again and the char has been created ... anyone know how fixe it ?

Hi everyone.

On the first word I use LAN connection not any router etc...
I changed IP's like it's said in tutorials and poeple can't connect on account or can't connect from char screen to game.
I sended them Neuz and starte.bat I'm using and they changed IP at neuz.ini. Do I have to work out with my ports or do anything else?
