Guild Bug (Gets Deleted)

Hey guys i have noticed and alot of people are having problem with guild bug.It happeend in my server too all guilds wont save they get deleted after you relog in game does anyone know what the problem is and how to actually fix them?

if its v14 thats normal its cause theres no ranking db out at least not a fully working on that im aware of

restart server let it load fully, fix database more ram!?
