I want enable Guild War on my v1753 server, someone told me that it is possible, so i want it

Well, i think everything is ok, but the Guild War still not working..
Tyfix or anyone that know how to fix it, please, help me... I realy need Guild War on this server ;s

Well as far as i know there is no such text for the guild war is currently disabled as you have in your screenshot so looks like its some custom files you're running but the time is on there so should work regardless.

let the text be as it is, can you use the guild tower starting kit on zone 8 outside of town (look at the fortress map)?

Yes, i can use the Guild Fortress Starter Kit outside the town as shown in this pic:

Well what is the problem then? it works as intended. You can't build a siege tower in a town and you're not supposed to.

The problem is: don't have button to enter in guild war, any one can leave zone8 any time during guild war and i can't set another guild Hostile, then i can't attack another guilds fortress...

Dont' say guild wars arent working then, they are.
After 1600 version they removed all the code regarding the guild relations, so theres nothing you can do. Server side everything is working, even the guild relations table in the server, but! The table is loaded only on db agent startup so forget changing it thru a website.

So what you can do is:
1. Re-implement the code in the client, so you know all the forms are removed aswell, not only disabled.
2. Implement a third party soft that mimics the packets somehow to set the relations.
3. Restart the server constantly to reload the table, like once every 24h and make a website to change the table or something.

If you are pro then enabeld or build guild war code 1700 client.
If you start 2240v then anyway you will start ower
And what you have ower start script is same !!! Loooooooooooooool
