well i know when u released my other one i think ppl were to dumb to even check out for the pass lol i wouldnt mind knowing how to protect my apps tho

The email function doesn't work - why?

because u released the code of it with the password on that email showing so someone just changed the pass

Even if they were encrypted, I could still use the same algorithm in the client to decrypt them for my own use.

In Encrypting the strings is a loot better, i dont think that anyone can decrpt them, maybe you, but lol.

And, the mail things is so stupid, you should make it so that the user can type his wanted GMail address for sending a mail.

but, i'll just say, its better not to use this program, there is may a log thingy :O

Checking the decrypt routine, then decrypting it with my own resources; it's quite, quite easy to do this, I've dealt with malware written in .NET that was obfuscated and encrypted the strings to accomplish the same.

I didn't see any "call-home" functions, except the fact the OP used a specific email he had full access to. Then again, I spent no more than 25 seconds looking.

Anyways, if you want to protect the fact you're using an email, you'd have to use some form of SSL to defeat anyone sniffing out packets, polymorphism with virtualization/obfuscating to make finding of the string and finding of the decryption routine too complicated for most any reverser, etc.

Many things get the job done - World War I got the job done by pulling many countries out of a depression, at the cost of millions of lives. If the world heads into another economic depression, would a World War III be necessary to "get the job done", or would alternative means be a better choice?

Anyways, this is just very bloated, and it gets the job done very sloppily at that; Task Scheduler has the same capability, so why not use a service that's already enabled by default?
