no stupid, a finnishe (fan) site knew that habbo we're going to release the furni so people made cct's for them before habbo released the furni, the HC furni we're never customs ;].

This (http://forum.ragezone.com/showthread.php?t=460941) isn't a custom it was made by the Habbo Hotel staff, the guy released it because it was missing from packs that people made about V25 furniture, Sulake didn't steal the design, we stole it off them and now we have the CCT that they made.
