I'm trying to launch the GameLauncher and it keeps saying that the client is outdated.

I come from Apocryphal's thread.
The server itself is working fine,but I can't launch the game.

Forgive me if I'm not able to figure something this simple out, didn't touch this stuff for a while now.
Just want a local server for myself.

Edit: Now I found out that you were referring to a redirector, I was not using any.

Edit2: I tried using a few redirectors,but they all open GMS. Also,the server is 148.1 and my game is 148.3, anyway to downgrade/find 148.1 anywhere?

MapleStory's subversions are only the client being changed, so download a V 148.1 MapleStory exe and you have yourself a V 148.1 installation

Did some more messing with these redirectors..and it worked.
Guess it didn't matter in the end.

Monsters do not drop anything nor do npc's talk..

Probably not completed in the source. Sniff packets and complete it.

I can't even login into the server. It just crashes the moment I enter my 2pic password.

I have a bug when i login into a new account all good when i logout from the account and try to login to the same account it say That password is invaild. please help !!!!

That's because WarpToMap and SpawnPlayerMapObject are broken.

That's because the password hash encryption is broken.

Compare your source as a (totalled) car that you've bought. Either dump it and get a new one, fix it yourself or get it fixed.
Fix it yourself is a real hassle if you have no or 'a bit' experience with upgrading (because that's why it is bugged, it's not correctly/fully upgraded yet).
