[Help]999 Ping problem again...

Hey everyone,
im the admin of a server hosted by a friend of mine, and everyone can play fine but he himself has a ping of 999....

he has a server PC and a personal PC, the 999 ping doesnt even get removed if he uses his local IP....he doesnt have a router at all, so no ports to foward

id like to know how i can fix that....and i would also like to know if there is any client who doesnt have spanish/brasillian buttons ingame, i want exit, not salir

actually i replaced it, this is what i got:

i replaced the IP in the Agentserver.xml thingy with either local or internet ip, both didnt work....same error

guys none of those match agent thingys in all the Gunz section worked, i downloaded like 10 different ones....can u maybe get me a working one please? thanks....
