Anyone can help me, as title said, how to make Multi Target Skill work ingame?
any idea or thread about this?
The instant elasticity didnt pop up when i cast Wave Rider, but in skill editor it has Instant Elasticity.
or the client didnt support to use Multi Target Skill? btw i used Ryuzen Client in EP9 Same as bubu thread
