Could you guys help me how to portforward and what to do with the .inis and neuz? :

Port Forwarding can be done by your Self.
Try to do this:

As for the .ini's and neuz.exe you need to put your IP if you are going to let other people to join in your server. If its only you. Just stick with the 127.0.0.1 (That's the Standard)

Where should I put my IP in the .ini's? What .ini's should be edited with my IP?
