All the client really needs are the models to be loaded. EC6 generally means server/client sync error which means either you didnt edit the items into item.scp server side or the client doesnt have the models loaded.

That's not exactly true. The client doesn't care if it can't find the models. As long as item.scp has the same item stats as item.enc, you can still equip the item.

True but you wont see the item at all, only the stats when you mouse over it. It would look like an empty equipment slot or inventory space. No sense in adding Sig if your players cant see it ^_^
