it's simple just copy the shaitan blacksmith NPC from folder magicsea NPCscript.txt files and copy it to garner folder garnernpc.txt files and then change the coordinate of npc to garner coordinate you like. after that delete garnernpc.bin. Start your server and walah you got the blacksmith shaitan in garner.

if all u wanna do is forge and fuse in argent then change this in ur garnernpc file

however this will also make argent blacksmith sell shaitan blacksmith items.
best way to do this is just edit npcscripts and add forging to argent but that takes longer (easy if u know how)
actually moving the blacksmith to argent seems kinda stupid but easy just do what above dude said
