[HELP] Ascension Quest

i am using server v1264 and The ascension quest npc isnt appearing in jadeon. this question was already asked by someone else but the answers didnt help me
any ideas?

use this with humain no tiers : 42064
after 120 asc wait 5min refresh toplist (if myfiles use ./manager toplistall)
reboot server and you get asc unlock and chroma
