Help Blank Page?!

Ive got my MySQL running,
I have XAMP running,
Forwarded ports,
Rebooted Router
& Computer,
Configured Site with Configure.php.

And I STILL YES STILL get a blank screen.

ok most people got this error and i guess no1 one knows how to fix it but wen u installed XAMMP do this

Close XAMMP
Start, Program Files, Apache Friends *this is the XAMMP*
then click php switch
wen that opens do option 4 and click enter
then it should install PHP and then reopen XAMMP and ill be pretty sure it works!!
