[HELP] cacheserver in 2nd client

who encounter this error bind Error. Error WSAEADDRINUSE 10048
in cacheserver in 2nd client folder how to fix this guys because a while ago a was able to run all but after restarting my server files
this error pop up in cacheserver 2nd folder the cacheserver in my 1st folder is ok
