The cash value of the game is abnormally course comes out system error. Is there a way I can purchase ?

I my self don't use BillCrux(ItemBillingService) to be honest, I just use the CashService.exe instead, gets the job done and has given me no issues what so ever.

Also; if you see "CASH" in your account and you can buy some items you're fine.
Just look in the database for the item within GoodsInfoList,ItemPeriod,ETC and make sure it's all set properly.

Else, I suggest you just use the CashServer.exe, should be somewhere on the forums.
