[Help]Caslte Siege login bug

Hi all, i have small problem with my castle siege. My guild is the owner of the castle. I can change all options of the castle(zen for enter in the hunt zone, open/close the doors and etc.) but i can not enter in the castle - massage - "you are not from the owner guild members". I think the problem is somewhere in the data base,but i can not find it.

well maybe we can help if we know what exacy files u are using? this is a tricky bug and we must know what version exactly u are using

ahh .. i remember this bug to be honest and last time idndt know how to fix.. but do this instead:
add NPC before entrance lord mix ^^ but yeah only when cs starts players can join the room then

NPC? where to add this npc?

Lord Mix NPC i put it at the end of the castle just before the gate room
near the potion girl or statue.

Do you have aliance with other guilds?

I found the answer -> we need to have guild with 20pll and 1 more guild for guild alliance Thanks @Piiirags
