help character data processed failed

My character is stuck on character login please wait...

im using Shadow RAN Epx client and im running on EP4.....

ALL S,L,F,A are working fine no error.. but i cannot log in game...

what could be wrong??? i follow all instruction,..

maybe my client is the problem??

and after few menutes waiting

post your field server... i think the error is field server...
