hmm.. you mean a hack patch to get 1.7.x working, or a later version? You shouldn't need one for 1.7.x, and I'm not sure if a 1.12.x hack patch will work, as I'm pretty sure it uses DBCs from 1.8. You could always give it a try though. Honestly, though, I'd suggest you get a newer server emu. :P Kobold v2 works with WoW 1.12.x, v3 works with 2.0.1, and there's a bunch of MaNGOS revs that work with different client versions. If you want a good 1.12.x repack, try LDC for Kobold v2, or if MaNGOS is what your thirsting for, well, I don't know what one to get (I'm a Luddy man, lol). I THINK Amber's repack is for 1.12.x... I'll find out for ya.
 
I'll follow up from Yamichi, mangos plat or amber is the best repack right now for mangos.

Each to thier own, see which one you like best. And yes, it's time for you to update man, big time lol.
 
Just log onto the official WoW server with any username and pass, and it DLs the updates. Make sure to check your WoW cersion each time, so you don't update too far.

oh, no lol, but if you do the repair trick, u can get it down to 1.0, then update it from there. Just delete patch.mpq and WoW.exe, then run repair.exe
