Thank you very much DragonSeth, one more thing i need to edit ... new characters have 5000 points how i remove them and what i have to block with the firewall so i wont be hacked!

In Sql Database > MuOnline > Right Click and make New Query and type this :
update DefaultClassType set LevelUpPoint = 0

then execute.
