[Help] crash

When players login in the game my world server crash i dont know why i tried to reinstall all of them but after a few minutes it will error again i dont know what to do help me please!!:*::*::*:

Try getting latest file and client and use v11, the crash shouldnt happen with latest file

If he has world server then hes using Caalis which are banned.
