Hello everyone. I need help to create a page full registration to my server

if someone provides a guide me.. please.

If you had the necessary skills to make a registration page you wouldn't be asking how to do it. No quick "guide" can teach you how to code.

Either use the one that comes with the fullcabalserver.rar in darkxl's sticky or wait for somebody who can code to release one.
