[HELP]Custom Doorman NPC L2J

I want to create npc like Castle Doorman but do it for Fortresses and setup this fortress to clan. Some idea? Or maybe anyones knows where can I found it? Its better to do it myself... I think...

PD: I use interlude L2J server...
