Help! DB conenction failed

i run my Account SErver and it said...

DP cant connet...

please help

Try booting Account Server and other as Administrator.

i already try...

do i need to edit only ip on the ini files?

what are the file sin server files do i need to change
and edit? like putting the sql password etc...

becuase i just add ip but i dont put the password etc...

i know this problem
i had the same
just open ODBC agian and delete them, then make they agian but
then use ''With Intergrated Windows Authentication''
and then it works :

and if that don't work check all your .ini's if it got all ip's and passes
make passes like your SQL pass
