[Help]Error with v109 source

Okay, I have a v109 source, but there is an error.

I can't create a character, I have tried many things but they just don't work.

When I try to create a char, it just stays on same screen and doesn't do anything.

It has no bat errors btw.

Maybe someone has a solution here?

I'm pretty sure to work on a v109 source you have to be an expert coder and packet updater. People here won't do everything to fix it for you. Go to a v83 (maybe a v97) source and learn there. Also can care to look at my HP help thread?
