I have completely lost my mind trying to figure this out.

Is there anything else aside from a corruption that could cause this?
I have literally recompiled and checked everything including the urls and ips and everything under the sun.

I have my files in the correct folders but they just cant be decompressed. If they are encrypted I'm guessing this is some kind of protection built in?
