[HELP] Failed to load xml settings

I start load to physics editor and crash error message to : Failed to load XML. settings
Any have this problem ?

If I'm not wrong you have to rename a folder.
go to C:\WarZ\bin\Levels\WorkInProgress
Rename the folder "ServerTest" to "editor_base"
