i think its in crowstrtable.ini
try to search the name of that npc name then change it to ur desire name ^_^

you can change the NPC name by using your mob editor, and about the text that appears on the screen, open your glogic.rcc using winrar, then look for the tip.txt, open that using notepad and just edit anything you want. After editing it, just repack it to your glogic.rcc, hope i helped you on this,

just edit your tip.txt inside your glogic if you want to edit that "Put the skills from the skill blah blah pirates ran". You need to copy the crow.mnsf and crowstrtable from your glogic and paste it inside your glogic folder, then run your mob editor fronm the stickies. You can edit the tip.txt by using notepad. Just don't forget to repack those files after editing it.^_^
