[HELP] How do you install JavaMail API in Eclipse?

So basically, Title says it all, How do I install Java Mail API for eclipse, helps?! :*:

Java Mail is just a library. You don't need to "install" it. Just download the library and add it in your project folder, and in eclipse, add the library by right clicking on your project, going to library settings and adding it to the dependencies.
