[Help] How to get server online status via php

Hi, I am developing my own website and I have successfully made connection through the used of PHP and I am able to get the number of players online as well as registration to my database.

I am using IGC Season 9 Server files and MS SQL 2008, however I am clueless on how to get game-server status in which I want to reflect Server ONLINE / OFFLINE whenever my gameserver is up and down.
