I forgot how to fix this.




When i create manual in database

then if i use Control Panel "REGISTER SUCCESS" but i cant log-in and no records in Database

Solution:
1st: Right click dbo.UserInfo > Design
2nd: Add UserSA varchar50 allow nulls
3rd: Add UserSQ varchar50 allow nulls

Save. Then try again to Register.
