[Help] lag problem

hi all i made server and its realy laggy here is my pc
160g hard dist
3 g ram
2ghz dual core
ok thats all and its like when like 5-6 ppls in then it lag and idk about the internet conectin so plz give me site that can chek it or sum so plz help

do you play yourself with the same computer than the server ?
You could have less lag with the server on another computer than the one you're playint at...

Also you could increase the priority oh Worldserver.exe in CTRL+ALT+DEL (task gestionnary in english ?)
right clic on Worldserver.exe and set up priority more than normal, perhap it could help ^^

Internet connection problem, your computer decent enough. Well thats what i think.
