Help, Learning Skills Are Bugged!

I recently updated my roseevo client to v150, and patched the server over with 150 csv files.

Doing that fixed the bug where if you bought certain skills from shops it makes the game crash, now you can buy skills just fine...but. Now you can't learn skills!

When you try to learn them it says that you've mastered the skill but you really haven't learned it at all.

Could somebody help me out please?

because database and csv go in conflict. the simple thing to do is edit csv...

well im using rev80 wtih v150 everyting is great flawless except this skill thing. Flik i used your csv...still have the error. Some of them are not even in the npc skill menu i realised this before i used ur csv. please correct me if im wrong...im suppose to overwrite my old csv's with yours in the rev 80/binary/data folder correct? thanks man.


Anyway before i did this server thing i was looking around other private servers and i didnt not clean install the client is that ok? could this be the cause of the error?

Anyway does anybody know how to make a your own patch update for your client..ive looked around and the explanations are still vague. i know it has something to do with stb and vfs but no one explained that u need another tool to either extarct or edit those files. and also how do u go about making your own file so that it will be automatically updated on other players clients. like any other mmorpg game. i know theres something called neone cube but no explanation on how to use it. thnks anyway im able to design new items from scratch i just need ot know a way to put them together and update them. i bet it has somehing to do with the 3ddata and vfs and stb again help please. im not a total noob i just need guidance.
