Alright you see the Picture the one to make account is missing so please help me

firstly, HELP questions go in the HELP section, not the DEVELOPMENT section.

secondly, search either the RELEASE or TUTORIAL sections for "createaccount procedure" (Note: createaccount does not have a space, type it exactly like that). I'm not sure which one it's in, but it's in one of those.
