[Help]No window-mode borders

Hello RAGEZONE, I'm going to use NEWZ as a reference because it's the only one I've seen this, how can I get the edge of the CLIENT process window? Leaving it borderless in the same way as in NEWZ when it is in full resolution but in window mode ...FROM THANKS AGAIN TO HELPING.
