[Help] Own server set on Public how to access as Local

i set my Server to public now and im using a router.
i cant accses it as Local anymore. (from my own Computer)
how can i accses my server set to Public from my own network.
im using Vista 32 ultimate... any ideas ? i heard it was something wiht syustem32/drivers/etc/host.ini ?
how to set it ?

i added screen of error i get as local

Vista users have different ODBC than WindowsXP users. That screws it up for Vista users, basically...

im using a vista computer to connect ot a server (windows server 2003 ) the pc were the KO server runs on so how should i set it all to get local and Public server in 1

u can use u tcp ip set all in setthing..ip can't use in 172.0.0.1

sample c ip 192.168.1.XX

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 servername.servegame.com
if you registered in no-ip.com and downloaded their DUC


ps: if you havent fowarded ur ports yet then i recomend you to do that

i done all as mentioned above and i got all ports acroding to the port list opened.

well i my self have problems today..
noone cant visit my server even my self ... but i set everythinh right
