[Help] Quickjobchange Button

i click "Change" but . "change" is not available for change job . if i click the picture of job its work ..
but i need to work the "Change" Button for QuickJobChange.

xakzi removed 1 rule of code to disable the change button as he describes. You can add it back in wndjobchangeex.cpp or w/e the file is called.
