[Help] Reading files

I was just thinking about stuff, when I realized that I need some information. This information would be what I would need to download in order to see these types of files:

MDD
NCD
PRE
SDD
IDX

Please help me with this. =/ I need all the help I can get. Thanks.

Those formats belong to caali servers which are not supported. Most if not all are text files which you can look at if you open them in notepad or something. others need a hex editor.
