[HELP]Server Crash L2J

Ok so i made a server. At first everything seemed ok but maybe beacause i was sitting next to the computer like an idiot two days in a row when an unexpected computer crash happened. Right now when i am trying to start start.bat it starts normally like everything is ok but when i press go to myssql administrator or somethin like that i get an Error - The page cannot be displayed. I tried other serverpacks but nothing works !!! Plz someone help if you have already encountered this problem !!!!!!

Damn this flaming sucks well okay i will try explaining it. Imagine this - When i open start.bat it loads up but when the window opens it doesn't matter which opt. u choose it still says the page cannot be found (i think the PC can't mount W

try reinstalling all software for server ( navicat, mysql, datapack )
