[Help] server drop only zen

First, sorry about my english, i need help, ando i`m noob.

My server works fine for a few hours, but in some moments, star to drop only zen, and at this moment nobody level up until restart the pc. its like a little rollback, can you help me please?

It could be an event that's causing it....please time it exact 2 times to see if it has any consistency, and

when you message, maybe tell us the server version, any messages you see on the screen around the time this happens.

hacking maybe? i dont know, but in my 2 last versions, 1.02n have this problem.
