[Help]Skill Problems L2J

Hello everyone, i have a server and i am using l2j emu latest Interlude pack!and i have 2 problems with skills!

1:Clan skills dont work, but dont know why in my second server works and i use same pack!

2:bluff has 100% chance!

if someoone know how to fix them plz tell me!

you can change them from the skills xml if you want copy the skills folder of your second server to the first

i fixed bluff! but clan skills still dont work, only when a gm add it works, when normal players not!pls help

but what doesnt work? the skill are added and it doesnt work or just they are not added?
