the problem is ur password. it must be in md5 hash...
try this password
put test when u lag in ur account,put 098F6BCD4621D373CAD as ur password on the account u made on sql
example: ur pass= md5 hash(this should be the format of ur password on sql test=098F6BCD4621D373CAD 1234=81DC9BDB52D04DC2003
