[Help] Talisman no Add stats

can anyone tell me where to fix Talisman no adding stats when i use it

Talisman/Arrow damage is added when you use it in a skill, not just by equipping it. This is not visible on the Character Info screen ('C') when equipped, unless you are using the GS version files.
