[Help] Tutorial DN Server

I'm not very good on figuring out everything and I may need some parts explained a bit more in detail please.

On topic:

I don't understand step 5.

I don't understand about webservers and where to exactly put "login.kreon.php"

Please help me

first download xampp aplication,open htdocs,then copy dn_webfiles(if you use leechclown files),then rename it dn_webfiles into "dn"(without quote),must be rename it because if you use hex editor,open DNServerLoginH64_ID.exe and search 127.0.0.1 which is you local ip,it wrote "http:\127.0.0.1\dn\login.kreon.php"
