Hey guys how's it going, :8:

just a simple problem for most but this has got me stumped

i cannot seem to craft general weapon to unique always fails ,, i believe

im editing the correct file, if someone knows would be appreciated

I've searched thread and basically say what i have done so far.
Is there a bug? or something in the source i have missed.
