HELP! Why I Can't Install The VS 2003??????

It says The upgrade patch cannot be installed by The Windows Installer service beacuse the program to be upgraded may be missing,or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program to be upgraded exist on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.

Are you trying to install the SP1 update? Have you installed the VS 2003 correctly? Are you running the installer as administrator?

No im not running as administrator.

Try to run it as administrator then.

There is no installer for 2003 instead you can use the community version of VS2015, once you loaded them you can install the classic C++ compiler for you to work on those files.
