Help with adminpanel [Sapphire flyff]

Alright so i use the sapphire flyff website, but i have no idea how to use the adminpanel i only get this message

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

Does anyone know which files to configure? my first time using a admin panel so kinda noob here :

Open your xinc_config.php and look for $_CONFIG['allg_svr_admins'] = array('');. Enter your username that you registered that you want to access the admin panel. You can add more names separated by a comma. Very simple.
