hey people i am making a site and i used a i fram for it but i dont know how to link to the i frame, or how to insert text in the iframe

i'll clearify it a bit

My suggestion was read more about HTML tutorials, yahoo or google it. You could find tons of tutorials.

Your iframe code is really messed, if you want to link to it, do a <a href="" target=iFrame>
Im tired so that probably wont work, lol.
